Workshop @ The Riveter West LA
Join Maya Nehru, MA, AMFT in this fun (and much-needed!) workshop to learn techniques to manage your stress and prevent professional and personal burnout. During our hour together, we will discuss the underlying cause of stress, what it does to our bodies and minds, and how it shows up in YOUR own life. We’ll see how chronic stress can often lead to burnout.
What’s burnout, you ask? We’ll also cover what constitutes burnout, warning signs to look out for, and skills that you can implement into your daily life to help keep you centered, balanced, and HAPPY.
