Healing From Toxic Relationships
If you’re here, reading this, & wondering ‘is this me?,’ this is probably you. Going through life, it’s hard to completely avoid a toxic relationship in some form - a cruel boss, a self-centered best friend, an abusive partner or parent. Sometimes, toxic relationships are easy to identify & move forward from, & sometimes they’re tremendously difficult accept as abusive & to walk away from. That’s why I’m here to support you in finding clarity & strength.
I am passionate about helping you heal from narcissistic abuse, which can look like:
Verbal abuse: you experience belittling, accusing, blaming, shaming, threatening, criticizing, undermining, & name-calling , etc.
Manipulation as a control tactic
Gaslighting: intentional efforts to make you feel “crazy” & distrust your reality.
Emotional blackmail: threats, anger, alluding to some type of punishment causing you to feel fear, obligation, &/or feelings of guilt.
Double-standards, jealousy, feelings of rejection followed by intense love-bombing
You’re constantly anxious, you feel ignored, & you’re walking on egg-shells.
