Pregnancy & Postpartum are the most beautiful, exciting, overwhelming, and scary periods of a woman’s life. I know because I’ve been there. I welcomed my first baby in December of 2021 and I’ve been taking it one day at a time ever since.
Through your fertility journey to birth and beyond, emotions run high and life can start to feel very strange and stressful. Becoming a mom changes everything - from your identity, to your routine and even your relationships - and I want to support you through the transitions. You are not alone and you will feel like yourself again. Give yourself grace as you do the most important job on the planet, mama. Together, topics we can work through include:
