A gentle truth: stress is a normal part of life. My role as your therapist is not to eliminate your stress, but to help you manage it in a way that is effective and sustainable.
I believe that a balance between your work life and your personal life is absolutely necessary for optimal performance and for your health and happiness. As a therapist, I help you identify ways in which to improve your work-life balance so that you don’t feel unhealthy levels of stress or disconnected from important parts of your life, like your relationships, your hobbies, and yourself.
I want to help you work AND live, not work to live or live to work.
